When I was messing with color filters for the Queen Luigi sprite, I wound up creating a palette that I really wanted to try something with. I wound up creating this!

Urgh. All this is starting to creep me out slightly. It's kind of reminding me of ChaosCroc. And I'm not the biggest fan of that guy.
Anyway, backstory: Perhaps this would occur in the chance that that flame in Secret Rings ended up killing Sonic in the end and this was the only way they could (and would) revive him for the conquering of the outside world. A sort of Morale-Destroying thing. Would make a very odd game but hey, I'd play it.
